50138 error after being authenticated by the HIMSA IdP

After logging in to Noah ES with your user name and password you are presented with a 50138 error.

HIMSA had a cloud update to Noah ES on June 8 and 9, 2002. After this time if you are running Noah 4.13 you will see this error.

HIMSA has previously advised all locations to update to Noah 4.14 early in 2022.

To resolve the error, install Noah 4.14 and you will be able to log in to Noah ES as expected.
