• USAGE: BROAD : HIMSA is aware of multiple members using this product.

• A lack of a usage label implies that member use of the product is not relevant.
  

• EXT TEST RECOMMENDED : HIMSA recommends that member company perform comprehensive testing, as the product is either new or outside HIMSA’s capabilities to test thoroughly. A lack of this label implies that member testing of this product is not considered necessary.
