Noah ES Cloud Client Shim re creation for error 50138

In some cases a 50138 error at log in can be resolved by re creating the Noah ES Cloud Shim.


  1. Navigate to Windows Services, one option is to type Services in the Windows Search box

  2. Stop the Noah Client Service and Noah Server Service on the computer getting the error

  3. Next, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4

  4. Right click on the CloudShim folder and Delete

  5. Restart Noah services

  6. Log in to Noah ES again
