Never receive an email from Noah ES to set the password for the Noah ES account

When setting up an initial Noah ES account or requesting a password reset, noah-es.com will send an email to initiate the password change. An example of the email in Gmail:

If the email does not arrive after a few minutes be sure to check Junk and Spam folders for the email provider.

Specifically, the Gmail Spam folder is often hidden from view and requires expanding the list of folder options on the left pane.
