No preferred manager of type business system 308 when launching Noah ES

Launching Noah 4 you receive the message:

NoahDataInterfaces.NoahConnectException: No preferred manager of type Business System registered in Noah Client, Noah Exception Code: NoPreferredManager (308)

Open

Reboot the computer and try to log in again.

Re-register Noah components using the following directions. 

Open

1. Download RegisterNoahComponents.zip.

2. Extract the ZIP file to a location on your computer (for example, your Desktop).

3. Open the extracted folder.

4. Double-click RegisterNoahComponents.bat.

5. Wait for the command window to complete.

6. Verify that the last line displayed is:

   Applications registered

7. Press any key to close the command window.

Note: If the batch file fails with a permissions-related error, try right-clicking RegisterNoahComponents.bat and selecting Run as administrator.
