Noah ES will require the use of the Noah ES Client version 4.117 Effective January 1st, 2026
Noah ES will require the use of the Noah ES Client version 4.117, effective January 1st, 2026. Please take time now to start getting prepared.
HIMSA has created this requirement as 4.117 provides the best level of security. PCs that are not updated by January 1st, 2026, will be unable to use Noah ES until they are upgraded.
Q: Do I need to update all PCs at the same time?
A: No, it is possible to update one PC at a time. Please update as soon as possible to provide the safest solution.
Q: I have heard that Noah 4.117 does not support older Noah-compatible modules created for Noah 3. Is this correct? If I use one of these modules, what can I do?
A: Yes, this is correct. To provide a secure solution, HIMSA has found it necessary to end support for these legacy modules. You may review a list of modules that are known to be impacted as well as any updates that HIMSA is aware of. Click here to review the list.
If your business still requires the occasional use of one of these modules, the best suggestion is to see whether the module can run in standalone mode (disconnected from Noah).
Q: How long will the upgrade take?
A: If your PC is currently on 4.15 or 4.16, the update should take roughly 10-15 minutes.
If you are PC is currently on 4.14, please see Upgrade from Noah 4.14 to Noah 4.117 Guide - for Noah ES customers
