HIMSA is pleased to announce support for Noah ES to Canadian hearing care businesses. HIMSA is prepared to offer Noah ES utilizing the established systems setup in the United States.
Please take a few minutes to read the information below.
Your Noah data will be stored and processed within Microsoft Azure Data Centers located in the United States. HIMSA will treat your data confidentially and secure. HIMSA complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) (“PIPEDA”).
As a business owner, it is your responsibility to inform your patients that their data will be stored and processed in the United States. This procedure can be built into your standard patient intake forms.

When you sign up for Noah ES, HIMSA will provide you with a Terms of Service Agreement and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) specific to Canada.

Q: How do I enter into this agreement?
A: During the signup process, you will be presented with the agreement and will agree electronically by clicking on “I agree”. After your account is created you will also receive a PDF version via email as well.
