Journal Module Crash on Print

After a windows update in August 2026 it has been reported that printing journal actions can cause the journal module to crash.

While HIMSA is investigating a solution to this problem, please be advised to follow this workaround:

1. Select all text in your journal action

   1. Note: While typing in the action, you can press “CTRL”+”A” to select all text.

2. Change the font away from Calibri

   1. At the current time the issue is only known to affect the Calibri font.

3. Print should now work.
