how to deactivate users

how to activate or enable users that have been deactivated Follow the instructions below to find out how to deactivate and re-activate user accounts.

Deactivating a user account:

1.) Either select this link or copy and paste it into your browser, portal.us.noah-es.com This link is for your portal where you will be able to manage user accounts.

2.) login with your Noah ES login.

3.) Now go to Manage Users. Please see the picture below.

4.) Now select the pencil Icon by the user you want to deactivate.

5.) Once you are in the edit view or the patient if you look over near the top on the right, you will see a deactivate button. See picture below.

6.) After you have selected Deactivate, go to the bottom of the page and you need to select the save button.

7.) Repeat steps 4-6 for each account you want to deactivate.

8.)You will no longer see the user login on your screen. You can verify that the account is deactivated by doing the following. On the main user screen, at above the user accounts you will see a box labeled, “Include deactivated accounts” Check this box. Now all deactivated accounts will appear too and you will see a red X next to the username indicating they are deactivated. below is a picture of the red x.

Re-activating a user account:

1.) In your portal Go to “Manage Users”

2.) On the main page for managing users, you will see a check box at the top named “Include Deactivated Users.” You need to check this box.

3.) Now you will see all usernames, including any deactivated users. A deactivated user account will have a red x by it indicating it has been deactivated.

4.) Select the pencil icon next to the username to edit the user account.

5.) Once you are in the edit screen for the selected username, above the user demographics you will see a button that says activate. See picture below.

6.) Once you select the activate button, go to the bottom of the page. You now need to select the Save button.

7.) Now back on the Manage Users screen you will see the username on the page when the “Include deactivated Users” box is not checked. This means the user account is once again active.
