If a Noah ES user leaves the business you will want to deactivate the user in the Noah ES Portal. Deactivating the user takes them out of the user count and the default user view but does not remove any of their activity in the Noah ES database.

Follow the instructions below to find out how to deactivate and re-activate user accounts.

Deactivating a user account:

1.) Log in to the Noah ES portal. The portal can be accessed from within the Noah ES Client, or it can be launched directly from the portal links below.

2.) Login with your Noah ES login.

3.) Select Manage Users. Please see the picture below.

4.) Now select the pencil Icon by the user you want to deactivate.

5.) Once you are in the edit view of the patient, look to the top right, you will see a Deactivate button. See picture below.

6.) Select Deactivate then navigate to the bottom of the page and select the Save button.

7.) Repeat steps 4-6 for each account you want to deactivate.

8.) Once deactivated you will no longer see the user login in the user list. You can verify that the account is deactivated by doing the following. On the main user screen, above the user accounts you will see a box labeled, “Include deactivated accounts”. Check this box. Now all deactivated accounts will appear too. You will see a red X next to the username indicating they are deactivated.

Re-activating a user account:

1.) Log in to the Noah ES portal. The portal can be accessed from within the Noah ES Client, or it can be launched directly at: https://portal.us.noah-es.com/ in the US or https://portal.eu.noah-es.com in EEA. The Noah ES Portal is where you manage user accounts.from the portal links below.

2.) In your portal Go to “Manage Users”

3.) On the main page for managing users, you will see a check box at the top named “Include Deactivated Users.” You need to check this box.

4.) Now you will see all usernames, including any deactivated users. A deactivated user account will have a red x by it indicating it has been deactivated.

5.) Select the pencil icon next to the username to edit the user account.

6.) Once you are in the edit screen for the selected username, above the user demographics you will see a button that says Activate. See picture below.

7.) Select the Activate button then navigate to the bottom of the page. Select the Save button.

8.) Now back on the Manage Users screen you will see the username listed when the “Include deactivated accounts” box is not checked. This means The user will need to reset their password before the user account is once active again active.
