HIMSA is pleased to announce the release of the HIMSA Product Versions data standard.
HIMSA uses this standard to publish an XML file that lists the products, versions, release dates, current status of support, and a download web page location.
HIMSA Member Companies are welcome to use this resource to provide information features in their own products, such as:
Check to see if a newer version is available.
Is the current version supported?
Suggest an upgrade and point the customer to read more about the upgrade and proceed if they wish by downloading the upgrade. The link is not designed to be a specific file. It is a web page that will provide information and a download.
