When trying to log into Noah ES browser error is shown “An error occurred processing your request':

Noah ES cloud services were updated on Feb 20, 2024 and unfortunately, an unexpected issue was introduced. The error message displayed will list “Error an error occurred while processing your request. Request Id with a number that will be different from what is shown in the above picture.

HIMSA released a cloud update on Feb 21, 2024 to correct the issue moving forward.

After the cookies have been cleared, it will then be possible for one or multiple user logins to be used on a given PC.
