Prepare to Migrate

  • The Noah ES Data Migrator tool will copy and securely transfer data to Noah ES

  • The Migrator tool uses nhax files exported from the Noah System, you can have one file or several files from different computers and different offices

  • The export MUST come from Noah version 4.13

  • When you export the files from Noah System, choose the secure option of requiring a password

Migrate the eNhax files to Noah ES

  1. Launch the migrator Noah ES Data Migrator tool NoahESDataMigratorGUI

  2. Select your location either Production US or Production EU based on your location

  3. Enter the password used to encrypt the nhax eNhax export file

  4. You will need log into Click Start, you will then login to your Noah ES account, the log in is presented when you click the Start button.

  5. Clicking Start will create the directory to place for the nhax files in, the directory is created the first time ‘Start’ is pressed, the directory for nhax files to be migrated to Noah ES is : C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\Noah\NoahESUpload\Files

  6. After you are logged in to Noah ES, select Folder, the destination directory for the nhax files opens, copy the nhax file or multiple files to this directory now

  7. Once the files are in place the migration will begin, progress will be shown in the tool

  8. You can continue to add nhax files to this directory for migration until you hit Stop

  9. Once you hit stop and files being migrated with contunme to move Stop the migration to Noah ES will continue running in the background.

  10. You can leave the migrator open to view progress details or relaunch later to check the status.
