Prepare to Migrate
The Noah ES Data Migrator tool will copy and securely transfer data to Noah ES
The Migrator tool uses nhax files exported from Noah System, you can have one file or several files from different computers and different offices
The export MUST come from Noah version 4.13
When you export the files from Noah System, choose the secure option of encrypting with a password, the same password should be used for each export that will be moved to the Noah ES account
Migrate the eNhax files to Noah ES
Launch the Noah ES Data Migrator tool NoahESDataMigratorGUI
Select either Production US or Production EU based on your location
Enter the password used to encrypt the eNhax export file
Click Select files and browse to your nhax file location, upload file/s for migration
Click Start, you will then be prompted to login to your Noah ES account, once logged in, click back on the Migrator Tool
Clicking Start will create the directory for the nhax files, the directory for nhax files to be migrated to Noah ES is : C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\Noah\NoahESUpload\Files
From the Noah ES Data Migrator, select Folder, the destination directory for the nhax files opens, select Continue if you receive a permissions prompt, copy the nhax file or files to this directory now
Once the files are in place the Once Start is clicked, the migration will begin, progress will be shown under Files in the tool
You can continue to add nhax files to this directory for migration until you hit Stop
Once you select Stop, the migration to Noah ES will continue running in the background
You can leave the migrator leave the Noah ES Data Migrator open to view progress details or close and relaunch later to check the status.
Verify the data was moved successfully
