Some troubleshooting steps in Noah require viewing and working in the Program Data directory at C:\ProgramData\HIMSA. Program Data is hidden by default in Windows.
Please see the steps below to make the Program Data directory viewable.
Open File Explorer:
Click on the
File Explorericon in the taskbar or pressWindows + E.
Enable Hidden Items:
Click on the
Viewtab at the top.Check the box for
Hidden items.
Navigate to ProgramData:
Go to
Local Disk (C:).Look for the
ProgramDatafolder. You should now be able to see and access it.
