How to view the Program Data directory

Some troubleshooting steps in Noah require viewing and working in the Program Data directory at C:\ProgramData\HIMSA. Program Data is hidden by default in Windows.

Please see the steps below to make the Program Data directory viewable.

 

  1. Open File Explorer:

    • Click on the File Explorer icon in the taskbar or press Windows + E.

  2. Enable Hidden Items:

    • Click on the View tab at the top.

    • Check the box for Hidden items.

  3. Navigate to ProgramData:

    • Go to Local Disk (C:).

    • Look for the ProgramData folder. You should now be able to see and access it.
