If you currently use Noah System at multiple offices and each office has a separate database, it is possible to select a location or group when migrating the Noah System database to Noah ES. This is the only a great opportunity to move multiple patients into a Location or Patient Group at one time.
If you are using the Locations and Patient Groups feature, the default location is the main business that was used when you created your Noah ES account. Details and directions on creating Locations and assigning users and patients are found here:
How to use Groups and Locations
When locations/groups are set up, the migration utility will prompt you for your desired selection. Just a reminder that the Administrator doing the migration needs to be in the location or group for it to display as a choice.
During the migration to Noah ES, after the enhax files are created and you log into Noah ES, you will get the option to select a location or group that you have created. All the patient records in the migration will be added to the location:
