Noah ES cloud services were updated on and unfortunately, an unexpected issue was introduced. The error message displayed will list “Error an error occurred while processing your request. Request Id with a number that will be different from what is shown in the above picture.

HIMSA has identified the issue and is working on a permanent solution. This page will be updated with new information as it becomes available. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.To quickly workaround the issue, please released a cloud update on to correct the issue moving forward.

If you experience this issue, it will be necessary to follow the directions at Error message ‘Sorry there was an error’ when logging into Noah ES - Clear cookies solution.

Important PC’s shared by multiple Noah ES Users

Please be aware that this problem will reoccur if you attempt to use the “Add Account” button located on the login screen. The process will complete and allow the second user to login. However, after the second user closes Noah ES, it will not be possible to log in, and the “Error an error occurred while processing…” will repeat.
