No, it is not possible to do a BESQuery to retrieve all the patients in the Noah System database. It is possible to retrieve one patient record. To do this you must have the BESPID. If you do not have the BESPID or the patient record does not have a BESPID assigned to it, then the patient cannot be queried. A BESQuery by using a BESPIDcan be tested with the HIMSA sample Back End Simulator. Documentation about BESQeuries can be found on the following page.
