What if I suspect my Noah ES account has been compromised?

  1. Initiate a password change - From the Noah ES Portal under Manage Users, a password reset can be sent. Click the mail icon to the far right of the user account listing, then will be prompted that ‘Selecting "Reset Password" will invalidate all access on devices and apps used by this user. The user will need to reauthenticate their password on these devices in order to gain access.’ Once the password reset is complete the Noah ES user can resume activity.

2. Deactivate the account - Also from Manage Users the account can be Deactivated.
