How to capture a screenshot

Follow the instructions below to find easy ways to capture a screenshot for Windows devices.

Windows

1. Using Snipping Tool:

   • Press Windows + Shift + S.

     • Please make sure to not include any sensitive/patient information when capturing screenshots.

   • Drag to select the area you want to capture.

   • The screenshot is saved to the clipboard, and you can paste it into any document, or it can be directly pasted into an email response.

2. Using Print Screen:

   • Press the Print Screen (PrtScn) button to capture the entire screen.

     • Please make sure to not include any sensitive/patient information when capturing screenshots.

   • Press Alt + Print Screen to capture the active window.

   • The screenshot is saved to the clipboard, and you can paste it into any document.
