These instructions apply to you if:

  • You or your business are currently using Noah 4 and you are preparing to upgrade to Noah ES

If you need to get an account set up please indicate your interest here.

First - review the technical prerequisites to the right before continuing

Noah ES makes use of the Noah ES Client software that runs on a PC as a desktop application.

Important Note: Noah ES currently does not support integration with any current Noah compatible business systems or Noah Mobile Compatible Apps. If you are using this style of integration please wait to upgrade to Noah ES.

HIMSA is currently working on providing the possibility for other applications to integrate with Noah ES.

Make sure to review the technical requirements for using Noah ES.

Next - Make sure that your Noah installation is on version 4.14.1

Before you Upgrade

  1. If you are currently using Noah System 4 you will need to upgrade to Noah 4.14.1 first

  2. If you use a networked installation of Noah System 4 - as is normal procedure, remember that your Noah Server and then client workstations need to all be upgraded first. Upgrading all PCs first will help ensure the smoothest possible upgrade.

Last Step - Start Noah and Login Into Noah ES

If you need to get an account set up please let us know here.

First time User Log on to Noah ES

  1. Launch Noah 4, at the standard Noah login, choose NoahES EU (Europe) or NoahES US (United States) from the pull-down menu. The login will then switch to the Noah ES login window:

2. Click OK, the log on process will continue in the default browser.

3. For a first-time user, the default OS browser opens showing the Noah ES Login and requests an email address.

4. Enter your email address and click Next:

5. Noah ES will search for all accounts which use this email address, if only one account is associated with the email, you will see the password entry screen.

6. Enter password, click LOG IN, the password is verified, and you have access to Noah ES.

Once you successfully log in to an account and to the Noah ES Client, and are verified by the HIMSA IdP, on future Noah ES logins you will be presented with password request only.

If you receive the message ‘Your password is not correct.’ Please review the issue here:
