Noah ES Pricing and Payment Administration

Noah ES is a subscription service purchased directly from HIMSA.

A Noah ES account includes three users at a low monthly or yearly subscription price. Users are defined as individuals who have their own Noah ES login in order to work with patient data. Pricing is as follows:

  • $45 (€42) per month when subscribing for 1 year

  • $69 (€57) per month when subscribing month-by-month

  • Free 30-day trial period

You can add or remove users as your business needs change.

For example, if your business has 5 hearing care professionals that will use Noah ES, you will need 5 users in your Noah ES account. If you subscribe for one full year, the price will then be a total of $75 per month, $45 for the Noah ES account plus $30 for two additional users (2 x $15).

Q: Is it ok to share a user account between different individuals? For example, if I have 3 offices, can I have one user account per office and then have users in each office share the same login?
A: No, Each individual who works with patient data must have and use their own user with Noah ES.

Q: Are there any setup fees?
A: No. Setup is free.

Q: Do I also need to own a Noah 4 site license before I can use Noah ES?
A: No. All you need is a valid Noah ES user login.

Q: Do I have to make along term commitment?
A: No. If you choose the month-by-month subscription, you can stop your subscription at any time with no additional charges for the following month.

 

Database Storage

The basic plan includes 2GB of database storage.

  • If your Noah ES account has 7 or more users, the storage will automatically be upgraded to 150 GB of database, free of charge.

  • If you have less than 7 users, the 150 GB storage upgrade can be purchased for $10 (€8) per month per Noah ES account. For many locations the 2GB database size will be more than enough database space. You can check the size of your current Noah System database in the Noah Console.

 

Noah ES Payment Options

Noah ES accounts can choose at setup to have payments processed each month or on an annual basis. The Annual payment plan provides a significant discount.

To Administer or review payment options, login into the the Noah ES Portal, select “Noah ES Account” and then “My Account”

The renewal date is the date that the next payment will be processed. For Annual accounts a charge will be processed if the number of Noah ES users has changed.

The accounting date is the day during each month that your Noah ES account will be reviewed for changes that may impact upcoming payments. The accounting date is the same numbered date when your account was originally established (e.g. the 14th of each month)

Below are a number of common questions and answers about Noah ES accounts set up on an annual agreement.

Q: How will I be charged for an additional user(s) if I set up my account for an annual payment? For this example:

  • The account was set up on January 15th, 2023, for 4 users, and payment was processed for 4 users at a discounted rate of $15/user/month ($720)

    • The renewal date is January 15th, 2024

    • The accounting date is the 15th of the month

  • On June 9th, the business adds an additional user

  • On June 15th, the Noah System billing system will recognize the additional user and process a payment using the credit card on file.

    • The charge will be the discounted rate for the remainder of the term (up to the next renewal date)

      • The charge will be $15/user/month or $15 X 7 months ($105)

Q: What if I accidentally added a user?

A: Noah ES will look for changes to your account 6-7 days before the accounting date each month and send an email with details to upcoming charges. If you accidentally added a user you can deactivate a user before the accounting date and not be charged.

Q: If I set up my Noah ES account and paid for 4 users for 1 year and then several months later realize that I only need 3 users, can I receive a refund for the 1 user for the remaining part of the year?

A: No. HIMSA does not offer a refund. If your business fluctuates on the number of users during the year you may wish to consider the month-by-month payment plan.
