Noah Mobile Alias - The Unique ID to a HCB Noah database

Manufacturer back end systems make use of the Web API (as a Noah mobile service app) to send data to a Noah database.  Noah Mobile makes use of the Noah mobile alias (a name picked by the HCB and ensured to be unique by HIMSA) to provide the unique ID.  The below flow charts covers this topic and other details.
