WSI Database Nearing limit of 4GB

For locations using WSI integration, it can be necessary to clean the WSI database. To do this, complete the following steps while the database is not actively in use:

  1. Check the size of the database NOAHBSIntegServerDatabase in C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\NoahBS

  2. Open the NoahBSIntegServerTool found in C:\Program Files (x86)\HIMSA\Noah 4, and inside it go to Window, and Archive Management

  3. Press the Archive button

    1. This will prompt you to choose a location to save the inbox. The inbox contains a list of the actions sent to Noah from your Back-end System. All such actions that have been sent to Noah are also recorded in the Noah System activity logs.

    2. Note that this might take a while based on the database size, during which the NoahBSIntegServerTool may appear unresponsive.

  4. Once it completes, the database file should be reduced in size.
