Error 50108 after selecting patient in Noah ES

Problem Description: After successfully logging into Noah ES, selecting a patient record in the Noah ES Client will fail and present Error 50108.

Cause: A file that the Noah ES client needs to run has become corrupted and needs to be replaced.

Solution: The NoahESAppSettings.json file needs to be deleted. When starting Noah ES again a new file will be automatically created.

To run this batch file correctly, please follow the following directions.

1. Download the Zipped file and unzip

2. Right-click on DeleteNoahESAppSettings.bat and select "Run as administrator."
   If prompted to enter in a user name, enter in a Windows user with administrator rights.

3. Wait until the batch file finishes running. You will know it is done when the windows closes.

4. Launch Noah ES and login.

1. Stop the Noah Client Service.

2. Stop the Noah Server Service.

3. Go to C:\ProgramData\HIMSA\Noah

4. Delete the NoahESAppSettings.json file

5. Restart the Noah Server Service

6. Restart the Noah Client Service.
