Solution: Clear cookies for idp-us.himsa-sso.com (US customers),
idp-eu.himsa-sso.com (EU customers) or idp-au.himsa-sso.com (AU customers).
This error is shown in the browser page after logging to Noah ES.
It can say ‘refused to connect’ or ‘connection was reset’ or various.
Start by trying to clear cookies on the machine depending on your location.
Open a new tab in the web browser.
Paste in and launch the link for your location:

Then clear cookies from the browser and try to get into Noah again. This screenshot is from Edge but other browsers will be similar:

Select the below cookies one at a time and choose Remove.
