Option to workaround issue of sharing PC with different Noah ES Users

This workaround should not be necessary anymore. Please see When trying to log into Noah ES browser error is shown “An error occurred processing your request':

Noah ES users on shared computers are unable to log in to Noah ES and unable to use Add Account feature to create logins for multiple users. The workaround posted below will allow multiple users on same computer.

First step to get into Noah ES is to clear cookies on the the computer.

Work Around:

NOTE: Do not log out. You must x out of Noah.

NOTE: Do Not use Add Account. If you do you will see the user not found message.

1.) Login with first user

2.) When done in Noah ES “X” out, do not log out of Noah ES

3.) Close all browser windows. Closing out all browser windows is the same as logging out.

4.) Launch Noah ES - at login screen change user and login

5.) Noah ES will open like expected.
